Clinical Interviewer – Digital Mental Health Research (Doctoral-Level)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital health organization conducting federally funded research in mental health assessment and biomarker validation. We're seeking a doctoral-level clinical interviewer to support cutting-edge research at the intersection of clinical psychology and technology. This is a fully remote, full-time permanent position based in the United States.

You'll conduct structured clinical assessments with research participants while contributing to AI-driven mental health research designed for both scientific rigor and real-world application. This role offers direct exposure to biomarker research and clinical trials, with regular supervision from licensed faculty in a fast-paced research environment. No clinical license is required—this position is ideal for postdocs, recent graduates, and licensed clinicians alike.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and rate comprehensive clinical assessments and interviews with research participants
• Screen participants for study eligibility and administer standardized questionnaires
• Collect, organize, and enter research data into designated forms and databases with precision
• Maintain best practices in data management throughout the study lifecycle
• Participate in calibration meetings to ensure inter-rater reliability
• Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations governing clinical research
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and coordinating participant visits
• Collaborate with faculty and research team members to ensure effective study execution

What We're Looking For

• Completed doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychiatry, or closely related mental health field
• Experience assessing patients with depression and other mental health conditions
• Prior experience administering structured clinical interviews (SCID, MINI, MADRS, and/or HAMD) in research settings strongly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Interest in working in a fast-paced technology and research environment
• Ability to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours to accommodate participant schedules
• Flexibility to work across time zones as needed for this remote position

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $95,000–$150,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience and geographic location. Our client also offers health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and license support.
