About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization expanding throughout Asia. We're searching for a Head of Strategy and Product to drive high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development in a fast-moving environment.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with leadership on the challenges that matter most—building new capabilities, entering new markets, and solving cross-functional problems that shape the company's trajectory. You'll operate as a trusted partner to core teams, taking ownership of strategic projects from conception through delivery.

Location: Remote (must be based in Hong Kong)
Language: English is the primary working language across global teams

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across multiple business functions
  • Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
  • Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through successful execution
  • Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
  • Take full ownership of strategic projects and deliver measurable business outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong business judgment
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving challenges
  • Experience working effectively across different business functions and teams
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Curious, resourceful mindset with a passion for building and scaling
  • Strong English communication skills (required for global collaboration)

This role is not suitable for candidates who:

  • Prefer attending meetings over driving outcomes
  • Struggle with aggressive follow-up and professional persistence
  • Require fixed scope and predictable timelines
  • Avoid complex cross-functional challenges
  • Produce lengthy updates without clear decisions or action items
