Responsabilités
Notre client, une organisation spécialisée dans les services aux familles, recherche un formateur ou une formatrice petite enfance pour animer des sessions de formation en visioconférence. Vous interviendrez auprès de professionnels qui s'occupent d'enfants de moins de 3 ans.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à:
- Animer des groupes de formation à distance sur les thématiques liées à la petite enfance
- Former les participants sur les bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité, d'hygiène et de santé des jeunes enfants
- Partager vos connaissances sur le développement de l'enfant âgé de 1 à 3 ans
- Évaluer la progression des apprenants grâce à leur participation et leur engagement actif
- Répondre aux questions et problématiques rencontrées par les participants dans leur pratique quotidienne
- Utiliser des contenus pédagogiques préétablis et structurés
Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement et d'une formation initiale avant de mener vos sessions en autonomie.
Ce que nous recherchons
Le candidat idéal possède:
- Un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 minimum dans le domaine de la petite enfance
- Une expérience terrain auprès d'enfants
- Des compétences pédagogiques solides et une aisance à prendre la parole devant un groupe
- La capacité à dynamiser et maîtriser un groupe d'apprenants
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de la visioconférence
Modalités: Poste en CDI, 100% télétravail. Vous interviendrez 4 à 5 demi-journées par semaine (9h-13h30 ou 13h-17h30) entre le lundi et le samedi, avec un samedi sur deux obligatoire. Les horaires peuvent être adaptés selon vos disponibilités.
