Full-Time Telehealth Dietitian – Women’s Health (Salary + Benefits)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a Full-Time Women's Health Dietitian to deliver outpatient medical nutrition therapy remotely. This fully remote role focuses primarily on pregnancy and prenatal nutrition, including gestational diabetes (GDM), while also supporting women with hormonal imbalance, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, gut health, and metabolic health.

Our client takes an integrative and functional nutrition approach to care, working with patients virtually to provide personalized, root-cause nutrition support. Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach, with a primary focus on pregnancy and gestational diabetes (GDM)
• Assess nutritional health of patients with attention to prenatal needs, blood sugar regulation, and hormone-related conditions
• Monitor and review daily blood glucose logs for GDM patients, providing timely feedback, adjustments, and ongoing support
• Educate and train patients on proper use of glucose meters and blood sugar monitoring techniques
• Develop and modify individualized nutrition care plans, with a focus on glycemic control during pregnancy
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Document all new and follow-up appointments with strong attention to detail
• Respond to all patient communications in a timely and supportive manner
• Manage a full and consistent patient caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal patient outcomes
• Stay current with emerging research in women's health, prenatal nutrition, and diabetes care

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with current CDR registration
• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care
• Pennsylvania license required (or eligibility for licensure)
• Passion for women's health, pregnancy, and gestational diabetes care
• Experience with or strong interest in prenatal nutrition, GDM, or hormone-related conditions
• Open to insurance credentialing (our client manages the process and covers all fees)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Strongly Preferred:

• Availability for evening appointments to meet patient demand
• CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) certification
• IFNCP credential or active enrollment in IFNA training
• Prior experience supporting pregnant patients or managing gestational diabetes

Schedule Options:

• Choose between a 4-day (32-hour) or 5-day (40-hour) work week
• Flexibility to design a schedule that fits both your preferences and your patients' needs
• Role begins in a ramp-up phase with variable hours as your patient caseload grows, transitioning into full-time salaried schedule

Pay

The client's compensation structure is based on your chosen schedule:

• 32 hours/week (4-day work week): $44,000–$59,000 annually
• 40 hours/week (5-day work week): $55,000–$70,000 annually

Final schedule and compensation are aligned based on candidate preference, experience, and availability.
