Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential events organization with a strong presence in Northern Europe. We are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to lead market development activities in Denmark. This is a part-time role (approximately 10–15 hours per week) offering remote flexibility.

In this position, you will:

  • Plan and execute marketing activities tailored to the Danish market
  • Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to align brand strategy
  • Develop and implement local marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, influencer marketing, PR, and guerrilla marketing
  • Identify and establish relevant collaborations and partnerships within Denmark
  • Serve as an active brand ambassador and help strengthen the local community
  • Coordinate marketing activities and support on-site event marketing when required
  • Work with external partners, influencers, and suppliers
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance
  • Contribute strategic ideas for market expansion and brand development
