Product Manager, Platform

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Product Manager, Platform. Our client connects brands with a global creator network and is experiencing strong growth across mid-market segments. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the EMEA time zone (Hungary or surrounding regions).

As Product Manager, you'll own the platform features that power the user experience—workspaces, permissions, navigation, and collaboration tools. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to shape the roadmap, solve customer problems, and deliver scalable solutions.

This is a full-time contractor role. Core collaboration hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST to align with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from discovery to launch, balancing long-term platform improvements with customer-requested enhancements
• Partner closely with Customer Success to understand customer feedback, prioritize bugs and feature requests, and decide what should be addressed immediately versus planned for the roadmap
• Work with Engineering and Design to turn customer needs into clear product requirements and maintain alignment throughout development
• Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day requests, ensuring important platform improvements continue moving forward while responding quickly to customer needs
• Collaborate across product teams to ensure shared platform features support other teams and products
• Drive product delivery by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating launches to ensure projects are delivered on time and create meaningful impact for customers

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2–4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through delivery
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success or Support teams
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and keeping projects on track
• Experience gathering customer feedback and turning it into product requirements
• Experience launching MVPs and improving products through continuous iteration
• Experience making product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and data

Bonus:

• Experience building products for mid-market or enterprise B2B customers
• Experience working on platform or infrastructure features such as permissions, workspaces, authentication, billing, or integrations
• Experience supporting products with multiple user types, such as marketplaces or collaboration platforms
• Comfortable discussing technical solutions and trade-offs with Engineering teams
• Track record of balancing long-term roadmap initiatives with urgent customer requests
