About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading technology-driven food delivery platform seeking an Assistant Marketing Project Manager for Loyalty Programs to join their Paris team on a 12-month apprenticeship contract (alternance). Working within the Brand & Experience division, you'll contribute to the growth of their premium subscription program by supporting high-impact campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loyalty program campaign creation by drafting and managing CRM, creative, and legal briefs with local, global, and agency teams
• Adapt and localize international marketing campaigns for the French market while ensuring brand consistency
• Monitor performance of subscription offers and identify optimization opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for strategic partners
• Support the launch of 360° marketing campaigns across CRM, digital, TV, influencer marketing, events, and in-app channels by coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Conduct competitive intelligence on loyalty programs and provide strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree from a business school, university, or equivalent institution with a specialization in marketing, communication, or digital
• Highly organized and rigorous with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; good command of English required
• Comfortable working with data and analyzing performance metrics to derive actionable recommendations
• Strong team player with experience coordinating diverse stakeholders
• Curious, proactive mindset with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-growth environment
• Interest in technology, consumer marketing, and subscription-based business models
