Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential marketing technology consulting firm seeking a Senior Manager MarTech with strong commercial orientation to join their Paris-based team in a hybrid work arrangement.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for MarTech service offerings
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, data, and customer experience practices
- Manage and deliver high-impact MarTech projects and programs from strategy through deployment
- Play a key role in pre-sales activities including client needs assessment, value proposition development, solution architecture design, cost estimation, and proposal presentations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Contribute to account development and retention through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Construct MarTech roadmaps with prioritization, business case development, and ROI analysis
- Lead and develop consulting teams with a focus on performance and knowledge transfer
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks candidates with:
- 10-15 years of experience in consulting firms or agency environments
- Strong MarTech platform expertise, particularly with solutions such as Imagino, Adobe (Campaign, AEP), Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud), Reelevant, Braze, Bloomreach, or loyalty platforms (Comarch, Maxxing, Talon.one) or equivalent technologies
- Dual technical and business acumen, with solid understanding of CRM, CDP, data ecosystems, and systems integration
- Strong affinity for commercial activities, pre-sales engagements, and executive-level stakeholder management
- Established network of enterprise-level client contacts
- Fluent English language skills
- Authorization to work in France
