Enterprise Account Executive – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential MarTech organization seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their Paris team. Our client is a well-established platform in the customer engagement space, trusted by global brands across retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel sectors. This is a high-impact sales role with strong pipeline support and a proven product in high demand.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance in the French market, consistently hitting and exceeding annual targets
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to demos, negotiations, and deal closure
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to the SDR team, helping generate qualified opportunities and build strong pipelines through creative outbound strategies
• Communicate value propositions with impact, crafting compelling proposals and presentations for enterprise-level clients
• Act as a market expert, sharing insights on trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to extend offerings
• Identify emerging markets and shifts, advising the team on positioning strategies for maximum impact
• Design and execute new sales initiatives and programs aimed at capturing key demographics and accelerating growth
• Deliver clear, accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement teams
• Maintain precise, real-time forecasting and pipeline hygiene to ensure sustainable, repeatable success

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
• Strong understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French — strong writing, speaking, phone presence, and active listening abilities
• Naturally tech-savvy mindset with passion for exploring solutions, tools, and innovative approaches
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Exceptional project and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working with retail, finance, automotive, telecom, or travel industries is a strong plus
• Hunter mindset with passion for enterprise-level sales
