About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI platform client seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team in Poland. Our client is building sophisticated tools that make artificial intelligence accessible to non-technical teams through no-code solutions.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with discovery rather than just execution, and has genuine experience shipping AI-powered products in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to navigate uncertainty and define problems worth solving
- Lead continuous discovery activities including rapid experiments, prototypes, and validation before development begins
- Conduct regular user research using lightweight, resource-conscious methods to inform design decisions
- Design AI-native experiences that build user trust while accounting for limitations like hallucinations, latency, and model constraints
- Maintain system-level thinking to ensure product consistency across the ecosystem
- Ship iterative MVPs balancing speed with quality, incorporating user feedback while preserving long-term vision
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with effective prioritization to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Contribute to design system evolution and help scale product experience across teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven startup experience with comfort in ambiguous, evolving environments and lightweight processes
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered or complex systems using systems-thinking approaches
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate trade-offs, constraints, and design rationale clearly
- Track record identifying key assumptions and validating them quickly through experiments or user insights
- Experience defining success metrics and using product data to drive design iteration
- Hands-on user research background including analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or similar techniques
- Ability to drive design processes independently while remaining highly collaborative
- Focus on solving user problems and achieving business outcomes beyond UI deliverables
- Basic technical understanding and familiarity with modern web technologies
- Deep curiosity about AI and how UX can make these systems understandable and trustworthy
- Portfolio required showcasing complex SaaS products, multi-step workflows, and mobile applications with end-to-end case studies
Bonus: Active use of AI tools to enhance your own design workflow
