About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential B2B sales organization seeking experienced appointment setters for a remote international contractor role based in Mexico. This position is ideal for sales professionals with substantial U.S. market experience who are currently living and working outside the United States.

You will conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based executives, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for client campaigns. Success requires more than fluent English—you must understand American business culture, communication styles, and decision-making processes from firsthand experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to executives and decision-makers throughout the United States
• Introduce client solutions and create meaningful sales conversations with prospects
• Qualify leads and secure appointments that meet client-approved criteria
• Navigate objections confidently using consultative selling skills, not just scripts
• Maintain accurate CRM records including call outcomes and qualification notes
• Participate in campaign onboarding, call reviews, and quality coaching sessions
• Meet agreed service levels, quality standards, and communication expectations

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum three years of B2B outbound sales, cold-calling, or appointment-setting experience
• Substantial experience working with or selling to the U.S. business market
• Professional English fluency suitable for complex executive conversations
• Strong phone presence, active listening skills, and objection-handling ability
• Proven ability to establish credibility quickly across different industries
• Coachability and willingness to apply feedback from quality reviews
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours as required by client coverage needs
• Legal ability to provide independent contractor services from Mexico

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently residing in Mexico with a stable remote work environment
• Has lived, studied, or worked extensively in the United States or within the U.S. economy
• Understands American business language, expectations, and purchasing decision processes
• Can conduct natural, unscripted conversations with U.S. executives without relying on scripts
• U.S. expats, dual citizens, and globally based professionals with U.S. market fluency are encouraged to apply

Compensation

This is an independent contractor engagement. Contractors receive a service fee of $17 USD per approved service hour plus uncapped performance-based commission. Target total annual earnings are approximately $44,000 to $55,000+ USD when providing services at a full-time level (approximately 40 hours per week) and meeting applicable performance targets. Actual earnings depend on service hours, assigned programs, completed results, and individual performance.

The client provides up to 40 hours of paid contractor flex time annually for holidays, illness, or personal matters, subject to advance notice and coverage requirements.

Important: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, government contributions, business registrations, equipment, internet service, workspace, and compliance with applicable requirements in Mexico.
