About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Paris that specializes in product transformation and digital excellence. Our client is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join their team on client-facing engagements across e-commerce and digital product environments.

This role offers the opportunity to work embedded within client teams or lead design strategy initiatives, helping organizations build user-centered digital products that balance business objectives with social and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to establish clear design vision aligned with user and business objectives
• Train internal teams on design best practices and methodologies
• Contribute to product roadmap definition from a user-centered perspective
• Define user flows and create interface designs across platforms
• Oversee consistency of user journeys and interfaces across all touchpoints
• Advocate for the strategic value of design with stakeholders
• Establish and evolve design processes, tools, and rituals including design systems, research practices, and AI integration
• Implement KPIs to measure design impact on business objectives
• Either work embedded within client teams to strengthen product capabilities, or guide design strategy to ensure coherence and quality across the client's product portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience with measurable impact in e-commerce environments
• Varied background across scale-ups, large enterprises, or consulting preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Strong diplomatic skills and assertiveness when presenting ideas and managing stakeholder relationships
• Curiosity about product design trends, product management, and AI applications
• Proficiency with modern design and AI tools (Figma, prototyping platforms, AI assistants)
• Humility and willingness to learn from mistakes
• Fluent English with ability to work autonomously in international contexts
• French language proficiency required for this Paris-based position
