The Opportunity

This is a full-time leadership position overseeing Amazon Retail Media strategy, execution, and optimization. You'll manage campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives to maximize brand visibility and sales performance on Amazon's advertising platform. Your work directly impacts revenue growth and market positioning in a rapidly evolving retail landscape.

What You'll Do

• Lead Amazon Retail Media campaign strategy, planning, and deployment across all available ad formats and business units.
• Oversee budget allocation, performance tracking, and ROI optimization to ensure campaigns meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, category management, and sales teams to align advertising priorities with broader business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance data, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Manage team members responsible for campaign execution, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Amazon Account Managers and retail partners to leverage platform capabilities.
• Present results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce advertising, or retail media management.
• 3+ years in a management or senior leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise with Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or equivalent retail media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Excel.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
