Product Adoption Strategist (Digital & Scalable)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Product Adoption Strategist with a digital and scalable focus. This role is based in Paris and offers the opportunity to drive feature penetration and product usage through data-driven, automated customer journeys.

You'll own the adoption strategy for specific features or markets, designing and implementing digital-first campaigns that increase customer engagement and product stickiness across the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify underutilized product areas and translate adoption opportunities into automated, digital-first programs and behaviorally triggered journeys
• Own end-to-end adoption campaigns for specific features or markets, including strategy, experiment design, implementation, and performance tracking
• Design and implement customer journey architecture, including segmentation, trigger logic, channel orchestration, and entry/exit criteria
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data, Education, and Account Management teams to create cross-functional customer journeys
• Optimize digital collateral to support adoption programs, including in-app guidance, nurture sequences, and interactive walkthroughs
• Configure and optimize digital adoption platforms and customer success tools for tech-touch journeys
• Monitor campaign analytics, activation metrics, feature stickiness, and channel effectiveness by segment and feature
• Advocate for customers across the organization and surface behavioral insights that inform product and content decisions
• Build relationships with customer-facing and product teams to create consistent feedback loops

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Customer Success, Growth or Customer Marketing, Product Enablement, or similar function within a B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience using customer usage data to identify gaps and develop programmatic strategies that drive behavior change
• Strong working knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms and marketing automation tools such as Pendo, WalkMe, Intercom, HubSpot, or ChurnZero
• Experience refining digital content that turns technical workflows into clear, engaging, bite-sized customer guidance
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify adoption gaps and design scalable responses
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to guide prioritization and optimization
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Product Marketing, content teams, and program leads
• Fluency in English required; French language skills are advantageous

Pay
