Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Recruiting & Employer Branding

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization based in Hamburg seeking a working student to support recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates from initial contact through onboarding
• Shape the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by drafting job postings, maintaining the organization's presence on employer review platforms, and designing onboarding experiences
• Help organize team events including regular team lunches and annual celebrations
• Collaborate closely with the HR team as a full member from day one
• Take ownership of your own projects with real responsibility rather than simply supporting others

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field
• Some exposure to recruiting or employer branding through internships, previous working student positions, or projects
• Strong language skills and ability to communicate effectively with different target audiences
• Structured and reliable working style with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Organizational talent and enthusiasm for event planning
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR tools such as Personio is a plus
