Praktikant People & Culture / HR (m/w/d) – Hamburg

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential asset management organization in Hamburg for a six-month People & Culture / HR Internship. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced HR Business Partners and contribute meaningfully to recruiting, applicant management, and HR projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Gaining insight into the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of job advertisements
• Screening applications and managing candidate communication
• Coordinating and organizing interview scheduling
• Assisting with administrative HR tasks and maintaining personnel and applicant data
• Preparing documents, reports, and data analysis
• Contributing to projects in talent development and employer branding, including onboarding initiatives where you can bring your own ideas

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking someone who is currently studying or has recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field. This role is ideal whether you're mid-degree, approaching graduation, or have just finished your studies and want to enter the profession through practical experience.

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Economics, Psychology, or comparable program
• Strong German and English language skills
• Genuine interest in working with people
• Structured working style and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Team-oriented mindset and comfort in a dynamic, international environment
• Motivation to gain real hands-on HR experience

The position is based in Hamburg (Altona area) with hybrid work flexibility. You'll join a small, experienced team with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes.
