About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital services organization in their search for a Remote Customer Onboarding Consultant. This client-facing role sits within a growing sales operation, where you'll serve as the trusted point of contact during the critical onboarding phase—setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring client satisfaction from day one.

Responsibilities
- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process from start to finish
- Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service delivery
- Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Address client questions or concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support
