About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential research technology client seeking a part-time Social Media Content Creator to own their brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Meta platforms. This is a unique opportunity to bring B2B storytelling to life through scroll-stopping content that speaks human-to-human.

You'll manage the complete social media lifecycle—from strategy and content creation to community engagement and performance analytics. This role requires someone who can transform complex industry concepts into platform-native content across multiple formats including video, copy, and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Channel Management: Own the publishing calendar and maintain consistent, strategic posting across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
• Multi-Format Content Creation: Develop social-first assets including written posts, infographics, static visuals, Reels/Shorts, and longer-form video content
• Content Repurposing: Transform long-form materials (blogs, whitepapers, webinars) into highly consumable micro-content optimized for each platform
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, foster industry discussions, and build authentic relationships with the audience
• Live Event Coverage: Partner with on-ground teams during major industry events to deliver dynamic real-time social content
• Light Design & Editing: Create polished, on-brand assets using graphic design and video editing tools
• Employee Advocacy: Drive internal engagement initiatives and support team members in building their personal brands on LinkedIn
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and optimize strategy based on data insights

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing social media specifically for B2B companies
• Deep understanding of algorithmic best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta, plus the cultural nuances of Reddit
• Hands-on experience with creator tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut for quick visual and video editing
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms and reporting tools
• Excellent time management skills with ability to self-start and manage a content calendar independently
• Customer-centric mindset in content creation
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail, tone, and accuracy
• Proactive, collaborative approach—curious, creative, and enthusiastic about sharing ideas
• Preferred: Willingness to appear on camera or provide voiceovers for social content
• Preferred: Knowledge of research technology or advertising technology industries
