Senior International Marketing Manager (10-Month FTC)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential music entertainment organization seeking a Senior International Marketing Manager for a 10-month fixed-term contract in London. In this role, you will develop and execute international campaign strategies for a diverse roster of superstar and developing artists.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Bringing a modern and proactive approach to building international marketing campaigns for artists
• Working closely with digital leads and collaborating across teams to develop and align strategies for maximum impact
• Collaborating with international markets to implement campaign rollout, localizing activations as needed and ensuring clear communication throughout regarding strategy, asset delivery, and campaign updates
• Monitoring data and dashboards to inform plans and strategy
• Providing regular, comprehensive updates for artist management and labels as campaigns progress
• Becoming a core part of artists' teams, contributing to the global success of their music

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an International Marketing or Digital role, managing major artist campaigns
• Candidates from a domestic label background are welcome to apply
• Globally minded with deep knowledge of the international music landscape
• Creative, innovative, and proactive, driven to seek out opportunities and take on exploratory projects
• Digitally savvy, with extensive knowledge of social media and familiarity with using data to inform marketing strategy
• Ability to work across a varied roster managing several campaigns simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well as part of a team
• Passionate about music and the music industry
