Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Assurance / Product Control Specialist at their facility in Brenz, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In this role, you will:

• Support the quality department in implementing quality objectives and policies throughout the organization
• Execute measures to prevent errors and defects in production processes
• Monitor ongoing manufacturing processes as well as intermediate and finished products against specified standards and reference values
• Oversee all departments to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and food safety requirements
• Conduct regular quality inspections and document findings

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Qualification in food technology is desirable, or related training or comparable skills
• Initial professional experience in the food industry is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Strong team player with reliability and flexibility
• High sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
• Fluency in German required for this position
