Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential valuation services organization seeking a Staff Appraiser to cover Delaware County, PA. In this work-from-home role, you will:
- Complete desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements and established turn times
- Conduct quality control reviews on complex valuation reports
- Perform review appraisals and handle quality control escalations
- Troubleshoot and independently resolve complex quality control issues with field appraisers and clients
- Contribute to valuation projects as needed
- Maintain high-quality standards across all appraisal assignments
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates who possess:
- Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation in Pennsylvania (trainee or licensed appraisers will not be considered)
- Experience appraising a broad range of property types typical of Delaware County, PA and surrounding areas
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to producing quality appraisal products
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Delaware County, PA
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
