Client Account Manager

In this role, you will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure project objectives are met with excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program implementation, maintenance, and expansion by clarifying client needs and developing effective solutions
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout implementation and provide status updates appropriate to program needs
• Schedule and facilitate status calls and ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards
• Create and maintain reports, analysis, and insights as required by the program
• Provide accurate invoicing and track costs against client budgets
• Author and maintain client-specific standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Prepare ad-hoc proposals and pricing as needed
• Schedule and lead periodic business reviews with clients
• Take ownership of annual contract renewal processes with support from appropriate internal resources
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify efficiencies and offer creative solutions
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
• 3-5 years of client management, project management, or related experience preferred
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience preferred
• 3-5 years of contact center experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with proven relationship-building abilities
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Proposal writing and pricing experience a plus
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service and negotiation abilities
• Ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and weekend travel

Pay

Our client offers a competitive base salary range of $56,000 to $104,000 per year, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, and business needs. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; disability and life insurance; and paid parental leave.
