We are representing a confidential insurance organization based in the United States that is seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Assistant to join their team remotely from Chile. Our client is expanding their operations and needs an experienced professional who can handle administrative and insurance-specific tasks with precision and independence.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks supporting insurance operations
• Prepare and complete ACORD forms with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with insurance quoting processes for Property & Casualty policies
• Gather, organize, and verify client and policy information required for quotes and documentation
• Maintain accurate records for clients, policies, and insurance files
• Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative duties
• Follow up on missing information or documentation as required
• Ensure confidentiality and precision when handling sensitive client and insurance data
• Provide flexible administrative support as business needs evolve

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional within the Property & Casualty insurance industry (required)
• Hands-on experience completing ACORD forms (must-have)
• Proven experience assisting with or preparing P&C insurance quotes (must-have)
• Familiarity with common Property & Casualty insurance terminology, documentation, and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)
• Comfortable learning and working with insurance platforms and digital tools
• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance agency or brokerage is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $1,200 per month
