Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare data company that is building an end-to-end platform for life sciences customers. This platform provides timely access to complete clinical data to supplement traditional real-world data sources. We are seeking a Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate to support record retrieval execution and help drive value for life sciences clients. This role offers significant growth potential into customer-facing delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution for life sciences customers, working with delivery managers to meet key performance indicators and drive customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve request issues while generating project-level and customer-level metrics and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service level requirements
• Jump in to drive tasks to completion across various workstreams
• Contribute to internal operational improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency as product and workflows evolve

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience working with Excel spreadsheets, with ability to quickly create pivot tables, vlookup, index match, and similar functions
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated personality that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Comfort with continuous iteration and change in a rapidly evolving organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work in highly regulated environments
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive clarity and resolution of issues
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Interest in healthcare data connectivity, EMRs, APIs, and the ability to ramp up very quickly

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with life sciences, healthcare analytics, or healthcare data companies, especially in a customer-facing role
