IB Coverage Analyst II

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking an experienced IB Coverage Analyst II. Our client operates across multiple markets and is known for delivering sophisticated investment banking solutions with a relationship-driven approach. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is ready to advance their investment banking career while working on complex transactions and mentoring junior team members.

This role is based in the United States and offers the chance to work alongside seasoned bankers on meaningful client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution activities
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex financial models, including valuation analyses
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda, and management presentations
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners
• Conduct in-depth industry research to support and generate new business opportunities
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction meetings with stakeholders
• Mentor and train junior analysts on technical and professional skills
