Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Munich that is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will:

• Analyze annual financial statements, key financial metrics, and economic conditions of borrowers
• Evaluate creditworthiness, risk profiles, and financing structures
• Prepare credit proposals, decision recommendations, and comprehensive risk analyses
• Clarify credit-relevant matters with clients and external stakeholders
• Maintain credit data systems and contribute to the optimization of credit processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree with a focus on economics, finance, or business, or comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience with credit assessment, financing, banking, or the financial sector is advantageous
• Strong ability to analyze corporate financials and derive relevant insights from balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports
• High affinity for numbers, meticulous attention to detail, and structured working approach
• Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and collaborative team player in interactions with clients and colleagues
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Excellent German and good English language skills
