Senior Product Designer, K4B

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B travel technology organization seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their corporate travel platform team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape digital experiences that serve business travelers and travel managers across web and mobile platforms.

You'll work from their Berlin office at least three days per week, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive, scalable solutions within an agile environment. This role offers genuine ownership—you'll drive design from concept through delivery while influencing product strategy for your domain.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of design work for corporate travel shopping experiences across web and mobile
• Interface directly with cross-functional teams and end users to gather insights that inform design decisions
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Apply systems thinking to create scalable design solutions that support future growth
• Conduct qualitative user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into actionable product improvements
• Facilitate alignment with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through clear communication of design rationale and success metrics
• Influence strategic direction for your product area while synthesizing organizational feedback and iterating thoughtfully
• Contribute to shared design systems and test interactive prototypes

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C product design
• Mastery of user experience and interaction design principles, with proven ability to solve complex product challenges end-to-end
• Deep understanding of the complete product development process in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments
• Excellent communication skills with analytical thinking and problem-solving capability—able to simplify sophisticated problems and present confidently to mixed audiences
• Human-centered design approach with hands-on experience conducting usability studies and user research
• Experience working in dynamic design processes where quantitative and qualitative data guide decisions
• Strong time management skills, self-direction, and ability to prioritize effectively with reliable attention to detail
• Proficiency with modern design, user research, prototyping, and AI tools
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, including screen readers, color contrast, and adaptable text sizes
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Positive demeanor, curiosity to learn, and willingness to adapt to emerging challenges
