Responsibilities

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will:

• Build mobile applications from scratch with strong architectural understanding
• Collaborate directly with technical teams and stakeholders on business requirements
• Make independent technical decisions and justify your approach
• Onboard quickly to new projects and deliver results in a startup environment
• Work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with distributed teams

What We're Looking For

Required Experience (choose one path):

• 4+ years software development experience overall, AND
• React Native & React: 2+ years React with 4+ years React Native, OR 4+ years React with 2+ years React Native
• React Native & Node: 2+ years Node with 4+ years React Native, OR 4+ years Node with 2+ years React Native
• React Native & Node & React: 3+ years Node with either 4+ years React Native and 2+ years React, OR 2+ years React Native and 3+ years React
• React Native & Ruby: 2+ years Ruby with 4+ years React Native, OR 4+ years Ruby with 2+ years React Native

Essential Skills:

• Proven ability to create production applications from the ground up
• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices
• Advanced English communication skills for discussing technical tasks and business requirements
• Strong self-organizational skills and ability to work independently without supervision
• Excellent reliability and follow-through on commitments
• Adaptability to onboard quickly and start contributing immediately
