(Senior) Business Development Manager DACH (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential office acoustics company seeking a (Senior) Business Development Manager for the DACH region, based in Berlin. Our client is a sustainably profitable, bootstrapped organization that manufactures premium acoustic solutions for modern workspaces across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the entire process—from initial contact through to closing. You'll work with qualified inbound leads from companies genuinely interested in improving their work environments, consulting with facility managers, HR leaders, and founders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle for DACH market leads, from qualification through contract closure
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with decision-makers in corporate environments
• Build and maintain a quality-focused pipeline of prospects in facility management, HR, and leadership
• Provide consultative sales support to help organizations design better workspaces
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
• Collaborate with the commercial team on market trends and deal strategy
• Participate in weekly team sessions reviewing metrics and celebrating wins

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills for the DACH market
• Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in office solutions, workspace design, or related fields
• Self-motivated professional who thrives without commission-based compensation structures
• Consultative selling approach—you listen more than you pitch
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative work style
• Comfortable in an office-first environment in Berlin-Mitte
• Experience identifying and engaging senior decision-makers
