Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking an apprentice IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) starting August 2027 in Düsseldorf. During your apprenticeship, you will work hands-on from day one supporting daily IT operations and exciting projects. You will learn how modern IT systems reliably and securely support business operations.
Your tasks will include:
- Setting up, configuring, and supporting workstations, notebooks, and end-user devices
- Working with Windows and Linux systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software, systematically analyzing errors
- Processing support requests through ticketing systems and developing technical solutions
- Implementing IT security standards and data protection in daily business operations
- Testing, implementing, and documenting new technologies
Throughout your training, you will rotate through departments including IT operations, voice and data engineering, data center operations, security management, and consulting. You will gain exposure to modern technologies around cloud, networks, virtualization, and telecommunications while working on real projects and taking on early responsibility.
