Talent Scientist – Graduate Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Talent Scientist - Graduate Lead to transform their approach to early-career hiring across EMEA. This is a remote position focused on building scientifically rigorous processes to identify and assess exceptional graduate talent from leading universities worldwide.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. You'll lead the strategic development of graduate hiring programs, partnering with top-tier academic institutions and applying data-driven methodologies to ensure our client selects world-class junior talent regardless of location or background.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading universities across EMEA to promote graduate opportunities
• Design compelling value propositions that attract top-tier graduate talent to apply
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews, providing detailed insights into candidate motivations and capabilities
• Develop talent analytics and real-time dashboards using SQL to track hiring performance and outcomes
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent, efficient hiring processes and deliver against talent acquisition goals
• Drive continuous improvement of assessment tools and hiring workflows based on data-driven insights
• Manage relationships with external platforms and service providers to maximize ROI
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, actively working to eliminate unconscious bias from selection processes
• Monitor candidate experience and employer brand impact throughout the hiring journey
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional academic credentials including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related people-focused discipline
• Proven experience leading graduate hiring programs on a regional or global scale within the technology sector
• Strong analytical capabilities with SQL proficiency for creating measurable hiring outcomes and dashboards
• Deep understanding of scientific approaches to talent selection, including predictive hiring methodologies
• Experience with or appreciation of psychometric assessments and their interpretation
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and train others on competency-based, behavioral interviewing
• Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Superset, or assessment platforms (Thomas International/DISC) is advantageous
• Highly organized and self-motivated with proven success working remotely
• Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for company events (up to two weeks each)
• Passion for using objective, data-informed processes to drive excellence in talent acquisition
