Product Manager, BSG (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential eCommerce organization seeking a Product Manager to lead engagement and retention initiatives within their buyer experience platform. In this role, you will own the product vision and strategy for your domain, working with autonomy in a cross-functional environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define vision and business goals for the engagement product area, focusing on user activation, engagement, and retention, and translate them into actionable strategy and product streams
• Develop product roadmaps and milestones that reflect expected engagement outcomes, using data insights and experimentation to inform prioritization
• Align priorities across the product organization with stakeholders, ensuring your work supports broader company objectives
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle within your cross-functional team: understand customer needs deeply, develop hypotheses, validate ideas through A/B testing, and iterate based on results
• Establish and ensure compliance with product management methods and tools across the organization
• Define success metrics around engagement and retention, and regularly communicate performance, learnings, and impact

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Digital product management experience, preferably in marketplaces or eCommerce environments
• Strong customer focus with proven track record of building products from MVP to mature solutions using insights from tracking, user testing, and A/B tests
• Knowledge in conversion rate optimization (CRO) as well as testing frameworks and tools is highly valued
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to support ideas and assumptions, develop insights and recommendations, and define and measure success metrics
• Self-management, negotiation, conflict management, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Strong business acumen and team development experience
• Extensive knowledge of common product management tools and understanding of target audiences
• Product and cross-departmental entrepreneurial thinking and execution
