About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization in search of a Director, Enterprise Product Marketing. Our client builds software platforms that serve the world's largest restaurant, hotel, and foodservice brands. This role will own go-to-market strategy for their enterprise segment—shaping how complex, multi-location operators understand and adopt a full-suite technology platform, including AI-driven capabilities.

You'll report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, build and lead a growing team, and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise sales enablement, and segment-specific positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Define positioning, messaging, and personas for enterprise hospitality segments—tailored to multi-location and multi-brand operators
  • Partner with Product leadership to translate customer insight into roadmap influence and long-term strategy
  • Lead product launches end-to-end for the enterprise segment, from planning through execution
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Product, and Finance teams on packaging and willingness-to-pay analysis
  • Plan pipeline-driving campaigns with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Content teams
  • Develop customer proof points and case studies that resonate in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Create and maintain sales tools including pitch decks, ROI calculators, objection handling guides, and competitive battlecards
  • Run enablement sessions and training for sales reps and pre-sales engineers; track field performance and tool adoption
  • Hire, mentor, and scale the Enterprise Product Marketing team
  • Align enterprise positioning with broader corporate strategy across verticals
  • Represent the client's enterprise product vision externally with customers, analysts, and at industry events
  • Maintain GTM scorecards tracking pipeline influence, win rates, and sales cycle velocity

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 8+ years in product marketing, primarily in enterprise or complex B2B environments
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams
  • Track record owning go-to-market strategy for a broad platform or product suite
  • Hands-on experience supporting long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Background influencing pricing and packaging decisions with customer and market data
  • Experience leading sales enablement and training programs, not just collateral production
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software architecture (APIs, integrations, data systems) to engage technical buyers
  • AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of AI to streamline or replace manual workflows
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for customer and internal leadership engagement
  • Ability to translate research and customer insight into actionable GTM strategy
  • Data-driven approach with evidence of moving pipeline or revenue metrics

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant tech, vertical SaaS, or POS/payments/labor management sectors
  • Background marketing AI-driven or platform products
  • Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-location enterprise buying processes
