We are representing a prestigious healthcare organization in the United States that is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor, Physician/Provider Recruitment for a limited-term engagement. This is a full-time, remote position with comprehensive benefits, running through June 2027 with potential for extension based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

As Senior Talent Advisor, you will serve as a strategic partner and recruitment expert, managing the complete hiring lifecycle for physician and provider positions:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for academic and clinical provider positions throughout the organization
• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates while managing budget parameters
• Maintain regular communication with hiring leaders and candidates, coordinating materials review and planning candidate visits
• Prepare, present, and negotiate employment offers with qualified candidates
• Support candidates through relocation and transition, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Partner with clinical departments to understand their structure, roster, achievements, and operations to effectively represent opportunities to candidates
• Conduct comprehensive salary analyses using market data, experience benchmarks, and internal equity considerations
• Provide education and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, developing training materials and process guides
• Collaborate on HR initiatives including organizing hiring events, attending strategic meetings, and reporting on recruitment metrics
• Implement recruitment practices that comply with active Collective Bargaining Agreements for union positions
• Build partnerships with medical schools, professional associations, and credentialing boards
• Lead networking initiatives at career fairs and professional conferences to develop talent pipelines
• Prepare analytical reports using quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and inform hiring decisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within healthcare or physician/provider recruitment
• Strong consultative and strategic partnership skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clinical leadership
• Experience developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Demonstrated ability to conduct salary analyses and negotiate competitive employment packages
• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment best practices and credentialing processes
• Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements and union recruitment protocols preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience preparing recruitment metrics and trend analyses
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate experience
• Comfort working remotely with excellent organizational and time-management skills
