Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in Mainz seeking a Marketing Working Student to support diverse marketing initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to content creation, implement marketing materials, and help advance various marketing activities. You'll gain exposure to multiple disciplines including marketing communications, marketing technology, and paid media while bringing your own creative ideas to the table.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Content & Editorial: Support the creation, revision, and optimization of audience-appropriate content for websites, brochures, and social media; contribute to topic research and editorial planning
• Graphics & Design: Design and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital advertising assets while contributing creative ideas
• Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with operational and organizational tasks across various disciplines including marketing communications, marketing technology, and paid media
• Events & Trade Shows: Participate in planning, preparation, and execution of trade shows, events, and internal functions; provide on-site implementation support
• Performance & Analysis: Support evaluation of content and marketing initiatives, help interpret results, and identify optimization opportunities

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Graphic Design, or a comparable field. The ideal candidate brings:

• Initial experience in writing and editing texts with excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, Visme, or Photoshop; experience with CMS systems is a plus
• Structured, reliable, and careful working style with enthusiasm for supporting diverse tasks and marketing areas
• Creativity, initiative, and strong instincts for audience-appropriate communication
• Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to dive in and learn new topics
• Motivation to develop professionally, try new approaches, and gradually take on more responsibility
