About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential language technology company based in Berlin for a Product Manager position covering parental leave. This is an opportunity to drive measurable impact in a consumer mobile product used by millions globally.

You will own the experiment loop from hypothesis through readout, working autonomously to identify high-impact bets from data and member insights. This is not a feature-factory role—you'll be accountable for outcomes, shipping what works and killing what doesn't.

Responsibilities

  • Run a steady cadence of live experiments: hypothesis, specification, launch, analysis, and decision
  • Identify product opportunities through data analysis, user research, and feedback—not a static backlog
  • Spec and deliver features collaboratively with design and engineering teams
  • Own outcomes and communicate results clearly across the organization
  • Maintain focus on simple, intuitive user experiences at scale
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate product operations where appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including consumer mobile apps at scale
  • Strong analytical skills: fluency in product metrics, experimentation design, and statistical analysis
  • Proven track record of independent, proactive work with demonstrable ownership of shipped products
  • Excellent written and spoken English; clear communication and strong collaboration skills
  • Eye for user experience and ability to partner effectively with design
  • Persistence with complex problems until resolution
  • Experience using AI tools to increase productivity
