INGENIERO/A DE MLOPS (TELETRABAJO)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Spain that needs an experienced MLOps Engineer to build and productionize AI capabilities. You will design and deliver scalable, governed services that support everything from RAG pipelines to model serving, making these capabilities accessible to internal development teams.

Your work will include:

• Building and operating production ML/AI workloads with a focus on reliability and developer experience
• Designing and maintaining multi-environment release pipelines (dev→test→prod) with proper approvals, secrets management, and identity controls
• Implementing CI/CD workflows for enterprise ML platforms, particularly using Databricks MLflow
• Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform or Crossplane across Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
• Setting up model and agent evaluation frameworks, monitoring systems, and observability tooling
• Defining SLOs, responding to incidents, and managing capacity and cost optimization
• Working with modern platform tools including ArgoCD, Crossplane, Istio, Knative, OpenSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, SRE, or platform engineering with production ML/AI systems
• Deep hands-on experience with Databricks MLflow in enterprise settings
• Strong DevOps background with emphasis on continuous integration and deployment
• Proven ability to design and operate cloud networking and infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS
• Practical experience with model/agent evaluation and monitoring in production
• Familiarity with SLOs, incident response processes, and capacity/cost management
• Working knowledge of ArgoCD, Crossplane, Istio, Knative, OpenSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana
• C2-level English proficiency
• Authorization to work in Spain
