Impact and Insights Officer

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a global nonprofit impact investor in their search for an Impact and Insights Officer. This remote opportunity is for candidates based anywhere in Europe who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and demonstrate value to stakeholders.

You'll be working at the intersection of data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic communications—helping measure and communicate the impact of investments in organizations that serve the public interest.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance impact measurement frameworks and underlying data systems
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data across a global portfolio; develop dashboards and reporting tools
• Produce quarterly and annual impact reports for internal and external audiences
• Standardize data collection processes and ensure data quality across teams and partners
• Monitor sector trends and translate findings into actionable insights
• Analyze communications and content performance to support storytelling through data
• Contribute to fundraising efforts by providing data-driven insights and impact narratives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in impact measurement, data analysis, or monitoring and evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public policy, data science, statistics, economics, political science, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, at least one business intelligence or data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), Python or R, and Excel
• Familiarity with MEL frameworks, survey tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Alignment with missions supporting independent information and public interest organizations

Compensation is commensurate with experience and will vary based on the country of engagement and contract structure.
