Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential global technology organization seeking a Senior Functional QA professional. In this role, you will:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and develop deep understanding of project scope and technical architecture
- Design and create comprehensive test cases, leveraging modern AI-assisted tools
- Execute test cases to validate web application performance and quality standards
- Identify high-value automation candidates and develop test scripts using AI assistance
- Create, manage, and triage defects in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders
- Support the test lead by proactively contributing to team priorities and deliverables
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates with:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance with strong testing fundamentals
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on test automation experience using Selenium
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Deep knowledge of UI, Backend, and API testing methodologies
- Solid experience with GitHub version control
- Advanced English language skills for global team collaboration
- Advanced Spanish language proficiency
- Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and agile delivery mindset
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript, Robot framework, Azure Cloud, Pipelines, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
