About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Field Service Representative to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support for Agilent equipment and solutions. Working remotely from the Greater Vancouver Area, you'll be the trusted technical contact for customers across Canada, ensuring their systems operate at peak performance. This position offers the flexibility of remote-based work while maintaining the direct customer interaction that makes field service rewarding.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission Agilent instruments and systems at customer facilities
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing troubleshooting support to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration services according to manufacturer specifications
• Document service activities, equipment conditions, and maintenance records in system databases
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate with logistics and engineering teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Build long-term relationships with customers through professional, responsive support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
• Proven experience in field service, technical support, or equipment installation roles
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and professional customer service orientation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule within agreed parameters
• Technical literacy and comfort learning new systems and software tools
