We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a rapidly scaling Data, Design, Product & Engineering organization in London. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy within a high-growth environment serving institutional clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively create and champion a clear product vision and strategy for your assigned area
  • Synthesize insights from multiple sources to craft structured problem statements and identify root causes
  • Conduct product discovery using confidence-building methods to understand user workflows and interactions
  • Align teams around key outcomes and prioritize initiatives across multiple dimensions
  • Proactively identify and track metrics to measure client and business impact
  • Create a collaborative squad environment with clear context and goals
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and complex domain concepts to technical teams
  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders outside your immediate team
  • Work with stakeholders to gather input and ensure effective representation across the organization

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS
  • Keen interest in AI with active engagement in courses, industry developments, and practical application
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate product goals into clear requirements
  • Outstanding analytical ability with comfort using complex data for decision-making
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to tackle intellectually challenging problems
  • Empathetic leadership style with proven ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent prioritization skills and confidence in managing stakeholders
  • Autonomous working style balanced with collaborative approach
  • Ability to voice opinions confidently and challenge others constructively
