The Opportunity

AG is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Leader to take charge of our logistics and supply chain functions in the Toulouse Area. You'll lead cross-functional teams, optimize warehouse and transportation workflows, and ensure we meet strict delivery commitments while maintaining cost discipline. This full-time position offers the chance to shape operations strategy, implement process improvements, and mentor a high-performing team in a collaborative setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including warehouse management, inventory control, and shipping coordination
• Manage and develop logistics teams, setting performance targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Optimize supply chain workflows to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance service quality
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for stakeholder review
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations
• Implement and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline logistics operations
• Manage logistics budgets and vendor relationships to maximize value

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or related field
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational results
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics
• Proficiency with logistics software systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English and French (or equivalent working-level proficiency); additional languages a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Toulouse Area
