About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential online automotive marketplace that connects private sellers with professional buyers across the UK. Our client is seeking a Sales Completion Specialist to join their team in Brighton, where you'll play a vital role in guiding customers through the final stages of their car-selling journey.

This position sits at the heart of the business, combining customer service excellence with negotiation skills to ensure smooth transactions between sellers and buyers. You'll be the expert guide who helps customers achieve optimal outcomes while maintaining quality standards and hitting team targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted expert for car sellers, delivering a seamless post-auction experience
• Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers through high-quality interactions, ensuring fair outcomes for all parties
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve conversion targets and maintain quality standards through sustained productivity
• Coordinate with Account Management teams to ensure alignment between sellers and buyers
• Participate in testing new platform features and provide constructive feedback to shape future improvements
• Maintain excellent communication via phone and email throughout the completion process

• Proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong negotiation skills with confidence communicating via phone and email
• Ability to work to high standards while thriving in a collaborative team setting
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role working with targets and KPIs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Our client offers a comprehensive package including a starting salary of £26,000 plus commission structure with £36,500 on-target earnings. Additional benefits include equity options, pension contributions, private medical insurance, enhanced parental leave, and wellness perks at their seafront Brighton office location.
