About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential cloud security organization in their search for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of technical systems expertise and strategic program leadership, driving high-impact initiatives across enterprise business platforms.

You'll lead the technical program management and execution of complex, multi-system projects in a fast-paced environment. This position requires deep systems analysis capabilities, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while bringing structural clarity to enterprise-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate enterprise system boundaries, transactional logic, and multi-system data flows across first-party and third-party tools using extensive systems analytics experience
  • Document and design end-to-end system flows, functional integration requirements, and system configuration procedures across the full customer and transaction lifecycle (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Post-Sales)
  • Act as primary execution partner with technical teams, ensuring roadmaps are populated with well-vetted, prioritized initiatives and leading project delivery through Kanban lifecycle
  • Proactively identify friction points, process bottlenecks, and system gaps across the enterprise ecosystem; recommend and advance long-term, scalable solutions aligned with business strategy
  • Lead discovery for new integrated business flows, partnering with engineering teams to design and configure solutions across Salesforce, core product systems, and third-party applications
  • Build consensus and influence technical alignment across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Finance) without direct line authority
  • Own the delivery cycle from initial concept through UAT and rollout, serving as gatekeeper of quality to ensure technical delivery solves business problems and delivers measurable value
  • Establish and enforce best-practice project artifacts, system documentation, and Agile/Kanban methodologies

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Consultant supporting large-scale enterprise transformations
  • 4+ years leading complex, multi-system initiatives
  • Experience with end-to-end enterprise workflows including CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing platforms, and Revenue Recognition processes
  • Experience reviewing data models, integration patterns, and APIs
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban execution methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in M&A integrations with hands-on experience evaluating, unifying, and executing business systems flows and mapping data integration requirements
  • Demonstrated staff-level leadership with history of driving consensus and influencing strategic decisions across multiple peer teams without direct authority
  • Collaborative peer leadership, operating effectively alongside other senior technical, product, and business resources
  • Proactive, highly autonomous problem solver who excels at navigating ambiguity and bringing structural clarity to complex initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable insights for business leaders
  • Agility with new technologies, demonstrating ability to learn new systems quickly with high proficiency
