IT Program & Project Management Consultant

We are representing a confidential global business services organization seeking an experienced IT Program & Project Management Consultant to join their premier technology Project Management Office. This is a senior-level position based in India where you'll lead cross-functional, global teams delivering complex technology initiatives aligned with client expectations and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build cross-functional, global project teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Plan, organize, direct, control and deliver complex IT projects and programs involving multiple technology disciplines
• Establish clear project scope, goals, responsibilities and stakeholder expectations
• Monitor performance through rigorous project and program control activities
• Identify project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans
• Ensure consistent on-time and on-budget project delivery
• Maintain adherence to stringent reporting requirements
• Engage effectively with senior business and technology leaders
• Solve complex problems requiring critical thinking and strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of IT project and/or program management experience
• Direct experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership
• Track record of consistently delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred:

• PMP Certification
• Experience working in contact center environments
