Werkstudent Projekt-, Asset- und Kostenmanagement – Bereich Real Estate (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential real estate organization, is seeking a working student to support their project, asset, and cost management operations across Germany. You will:

• Participate in project, planning, and construction meetings to coordinate deliverables
• Provide operational support to service areas and contribute actively to project, asset, and cost management initiatives
• Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project
• Create cost reports and assist with ongoing cost tracking and controlling activities
• Support the review and verification of proposals and invoices from planners and contractors

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled Master's student in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial relevant experience through internships, student positions, or thesis work in project management
• Strong interest in project, asset, and/or cost management within the real estate sector
• Structured, conscientious, and results-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for working in international teams
• Strong communication skills with fluent German and very good English proficiency
