Client Manager EMEA | Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B messaging platform seeking a Client Manager for their EMEA region. This is a fully remote role based in Poland, working with enterprise clients and agencies to transform messaging channels into measurable performance and revenue drivers.

Our client operates a profitable, bootstrapped organization serving thousands of B2B clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. They maintain a unique culture of engineering excellence and strategic autonomy that extends throughout all departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise clients and agencies, helping them develop messaging channels as core growth and performance tools
• Diagnose client challenges by analyzing business goals, customer journeys, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Develop data-driven growth strategies tailored to different industries, use cases, and customer lifecycle stages
• Lead Executive Business Reviews, workshops, and strategic consulting sessions with Marketing, CRM, Agency, and Product stakeholders
• Translate complex client requirements into actionable recommendations and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
• Build long-term executive relationships based on strategic guidance and measurable business impact
• Drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing programs
• Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and new product capabilities while introducing innovative growth ideas

• Experience creating strategies and designing scalable solutions and processes
• Understanding of the difference between theoretical knowledge and practical experience
• Awareness of cognitive biases and commitment to genuine expertise over superficial knowledge
