- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to refine targeting and messaging
- Build dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Recommend budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize return on marketing investment
What You Bring
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with 2+ years in an analyst or senior analyst role
- Proficiency with analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and SQL or Python
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, analytics, or related field
