Position Summary

As an HR Business Partner specializing in the enterprise sector, you'll function as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating organizational goals into people-focused initiatives that deliver measurable impact. This full-time, remote position provides the opportunity to influence talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning across a complex, multinational business. You'll collaborate directly with enterprise-level stakeholders and report to our HR leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic HR counsel to enterprise sector leadership teams, translating business objectives into integrated people strategies
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including performance management, engagement programs, and conflict resolution
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition for enterprise-level roles, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and performance standards
  • Design and implement learning and development programs that build leadership capability and prepare teams for enterprise-scale responsibilities
  • Partner on compensation, benefits, and organizational structure decisions that support business competitiveness
  • Champion compliance with employment regulations and HR policies while advocating for employee needs
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in enterprise, large corporation, or complex organizational environments
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and talent strategy
  • Strong command of employment law, compensation structures, and benefits administration
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, with comfort advising senior executives
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities while working independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) valued
