About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential client in the alternative legal services sector, seeking experienced Legal Consultants to support M&A transactions on a part-time basis in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is managing the search for professionals who can deliver high-calibre legal support to corporate clients on a flexible basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A and corporate transactions from inception through closing
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews
- Draft and negotiate transaction documentation
- Coordinate with external counsel on complex matters
- Provide strategic legal advice throughout the deal lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 5-10 years post-qualification experience in M&A transactions
- Background from financial institutions, corporates, or law firms
- Proven track record advising on or supporting mergers and acquisitions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently on a part-time, flexible basis
- Based in or willing to work within APAC time zones, particularly Singapore
